Vinyasa Yoga is a powerful class. In this class we will move through different asanas in a flow. In this class I love to use music to get deeper in our practice. Vinyasa means "connection of movement and breath", we will use our breath to move through this creative series. 


In this class you will learn the postures of the Primary Series of the Astanga Vinyasa Yoga System. This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Prepare to sweat as you move through a set sequence.




In a Hatha Yoga class, the focus is on strengthening and smoothing your body and increasing concentration on calm, regular breathing. Hatha stands for the moon and the sun, or the two different energies. In this class we will alternate between intense postures and some time to relax.


In december 2018 I finally took the step to be able
to share my passion for yoga by doing a yoga teacher training in Goa, India. I truly believe change helps me to stay creative and passionate about what I’m doing. That is why I decided to leave Holland and my job. Leaving the corporate world to get more personal.
